GCEE is proud to partner with the Booth Museum in Cartersville, Georgia to offer this extraordinary in-person workshop. We will provide third and fourth grade teachers creative and engaging content-integrated, standards-based lessons about historical and economic principles related to American Indian life prior to the 1900s. A children's book and other materials are provided to teachers along with all lessons demonstrated at the workshop. Time will be provided to prepare lesson materials for immediate classroom use as well as view many of the museum's exhibits. There is no registration fee for this workshop, substitute reimbursement is available, and lunch is provided.
